What is post construction cleaning?
Post construction cleaning is the detailed cleanup that happens after building or remodeling work ends. It removes fine dust from every surface, clears debris, takes off stickers and protective film, and cleans windows, fixtures and floors so the space is ready to use.

What are the phases of construction cleaning?
Construction cleaning is often done in three phases: a rough clean when major work ends, a final clean after finishes are installed, and a touch-up clean right before inspection, walkthrough or move in. We can handle one phase or all three.
- Rough clean. Remove debris, scraps and heavy dust once framing, drywall and major trades are done.
- Final clean. Detailed cleaning of glass, fixtures, cabinets, trim and floors after finishes go in.
- Touch-up clean. A last pass for dust and fingerprints right before the client walkthrough or opening.

When should post construction cleaning be scheduled?
Schedule the final clean after all trades are finished, including paint, flooring and fixtures. If other work is still happening, dust will settle again. Many builders book a final clean and a short touch-up clean right before the walkthrough.
Do you remove stickers and paint from windows?
Yes. We remove manufacturer labels, tape, protective film and paint specks from windows, doors, cabinets and fixtures as part of the cleaning.
Do you clean after home remodels?
Yes. We clean after kitchen and bathroom remodels, flooring installs and other renovation projects, so you can move back into a clean home.
Can you strip and wax new commercial floors?
Yes. We can scrub and apply floor finish to new vinyl tile and other hard floors as part of the final clean.
